Investigations into heating issues across a large prestigious office building, after the maintenance contractor could not resolve the issue. Our customer got in touch for specialist assisntance because they had no heating being supplied into their offices. We attended site and utilised the Toshiba Dyna Doctor to troubleshoot the issue. 

We found that the hot gas check valve had failed, and this was causing the lack of hot gas into the building. 

Once replaced, the heating to the building was restored and no further issues were found.
